How to Get Storm King’s Ravager in Save the World
To get Storm King’s Ravager in Save the World, you do not farm a mission alert, llama or weapon voucher. Storm King’s Ravager is one of the five Mythic Storm King schematics, so it comes from a Mythic Schematic Cache earned by defeating the Twine Peaks Mythic Storm King with the correct quest active.
Storm King’s Ravager is a sword forged from the Storm King’s horn. Its defining behavior includes Storm Wave on the ground and Storm Strike from the air. The key thing to understand is that you cannot select it directly from the boss: you earn Mythic caches through the Storm King weapon loop until the set is filled.

Why Storm King’s Ravager is different
When you get Storm King’s Ravager, you receive a permanent schematic rather than a temporary mission weapon. The heavy attacks give it both crowd-clearing and target-closing utility, so it is useful well beyond the boss fight.
Storm King’s Ravager is a Sword. Upgrade, evolve and perk the schematic like other permanent weapons, but remember that Mythic Storm King weapons have unique behavior from level one.
You cannot choose the weapon from the cache
The route to get Storm King’s Ravager is collection progress, not a weapon-selection menu. Each eligible Mythic Storm King clear gives a Mythic Schematic Cache. If this exact schematic has not appeared yet, continue completing the weekly prequest and boss clear.
Do not waste a Hero or Weapon Voucher expecting it to unlock this schematic. Mythic Storm King weapons are outside the normal voucher path.
The first clear and the weekly loop
Your first chance to get Storm King’s Ravager comes through King Me and Regicide. After the first clear, the repeat loop is Scions of the Storm King, followed by the weekly Defeat the Mythic Storm King quest.
Always check the weekly quest before the boss. Beating the boss without the active reward quest can leave you with no Mythic cache even though the fight itself was successful.
Can another player drop this weapon for you?
No. Epic designed the Mythic set so another player cannot simply drop the weapon from their Backpack and bypass the progression. To get Storm King’s Ravager, your account needs the schematic reward.
Teammates can help with the encounter, but the unlock belongs to your own account and quest state.
Quick answer
The only normal route to get Storm King’s Ravager is an eligible Mythic Storm King clear that awards a Mythic Schematic Cache. Complete King Me/Regicide first, then Scions each week.
Epic states that Mythic Storm King weapons drop exclusively from the boss and cannot be dropped from the Backpack. See the official roadmap.
If you are still trying to get Storm King’s Ravager, focus on making the weekly loop routine: finish Scions, verify the boss quest, clear the fight, collect the cache, then check the schematic in Homebase.
Before your next attempt
Before another run focused on get Storm King’s Ravager, check the exact prerequisite, weapon role or fight transition described above instead of changing several things at once. Make sure the quest counter has updated in Homebase, repair and reload the weapons you actually need for this phase, carry enough materials for movement and horn access, and confirm the whole squad knows what happens immediately after the current objective is finished.
This matters because get Storm King’s Ravager is usually lost at the transition rather than during ordinary Husk clearing. A team can have enough raw damage and still fail because crystal five was triggered with someone down, a Mini-Boss was left alive, the horn weapon was not ready, or the reward quest was never active. Fix the exact failure point, then repeat the attempt with the rest of the setup unchanged so you can tell whether the change worked.
